Returns & refunds

30-day window

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

  1. Email orders@zentiq.cloud with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and an address.
  3. Ship the items back at your own cost (we'll cover return shipping if the item arrived faulty or wrong).
  4. Once we receive the return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, request a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or wrong items

Photo evidence helps us help you fast. Include a couple of clear photos in the email and we'll either ship a replacement or issue a refund — no return needed.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, opened beauty products, and personalized items can't be returned.
